Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Project Manager specializing in SaaS implementations to lead client onboarding and integration projects. You will ensure deployment, configuration, and adoption of the platform for new clients, coordinating remote teams and maintaining strong client relationships from anywhere in South Africa.

The role requires at least 5 years in project management for SaaS deployments, exceptional organization, and remote communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on SaaS implementations or software deployments.
• Proven experience managing client-facing projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Excellent understanding of SaaS business models and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, specifically effective in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and maintain high levels of productivity.
• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies is a plus.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple client SaaS implementation projects simultaneously, from kickoff to successful go-live.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for each client.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Facilitate remote training sessions and workshops for client teams on the SaaS platform.
• Coordinate internal resources (technical support, sales, product teams) to address client needs and resolve issues.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement proactive solutions.
• Ensure client satisfaction and successful adoption of the SaaS solution.
• Document project status, client feedback, and key decisions in the project management system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SaaS implementation methodology and best practices.
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within allocated financial constraints.

About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS provider seeking an individual to manage client onboarding and integration projects. You will be responsible for ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and adoption of their platform for new clients.
