About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for SaaS implementations, from client kickoff to successful deployment and user training.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies, tailored for remote execution.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal technical/development teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project.
• Facilitate virtual project meetings, workshops, and training sessions using collaborative tools.

Requirements
