Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects for various clients, from initiation through to successful deployment and handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts for each implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
• Coordinate effectively with internal technical teams, customer success managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the agreed-upon quality standards.
• Facilitate client training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful platform adoption.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Track project progress, manage scope changes, and provide regular status updates to clients and internal management.
• Champion best practices in remote project management and SaaS implementations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on SaaS implementations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client-facing projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of SaaS technology, cloud computing principles, and software deployment methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
