Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects, from client onboarding and requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal technical teams, translating technical requirements into actionable tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
