Placements24 is partnering with a globally recognized humanitarian aid organization to recruit a Remote Development Director. This senior role leads fundraising strategy, builds strategic partnerships, and drives major gifts and grants, working across regions in a fully remote capacity.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in non-profit fundraising, a track record of revenue growth, and strong remote leadership and donor-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of fundraising experience in non-profit sectors with major gifts focus.
• Proven success in developing fundraising strategies that grew revenue.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and remote communication skills.
• Master's degree preferred in International Relations, Philanthropy, MBA, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a fundraising strategy targeting major donors, corporate partners, and grants.
• Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with donors and partners.
• Lead creation of compelling proposals and presentations to showcase impact.
• Collaborate with program teams to translate needs into fundraising priorities.
• Represent the organization at virtual and in-person donor events and meetings.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts with tailored engagement plans.
• Provide strategic support to the fundraising team and drive accountability.
• Analyze fundraising data to optimize strategies and identify growth opportunities.
