Blacksmith Agency is a fast-growing AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager. You will own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients, guiding budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask for reasons behind decisions.

Role requires hands-on management of Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with a track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics. You will be the strategic voice on calls and drive long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
