Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own campaigns for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set strategy, budgets, and narratives when clients ask why, and act as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, build roadmaps, and drive the long-term relationships with clients while improving ROAS and pipeline metrics.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS, CPA improvements or pipeline growth with measurable results.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for clients.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and when to pause a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps per client and present the numbers.
• Grow accounts: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
