Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist. You will own paid media strategy and execution for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients, guiding budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative in client calls.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimizing bidding, targeting and testing, with robust tracking and attribution. Remote work is available for international candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements
• Agency experience across multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing
• Implement and trusted conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels
• Create 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for clients and explain numbers on calls
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell
