Blacksmith Agency is a AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You define the roadmap, budget calls, and client narrative, acting as the strategic voice in discussions.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS/CPA, and drive long-term client growth with retention and upsell strategies. Remote role with US/Canada/SA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ability to improve ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to stop a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client partnerships.
