Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and the narrative on client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handling budget, targeting, testing, and campaign optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Implement conversion tracking and attribution you can trust (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels).
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
