Blacksmith Agency is a remote, AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing brands. You will lead targeting, budgeting, roadmap, and client storytelling on performance metrics.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets and bids, and ensure accurate conversion tracking. Experience with GA4 and Tag Manager is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
