Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with focus on ROAS, CPA and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta ads.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Configure conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers in calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
