Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a results-driven Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape strategy, manage budgets, and drive the narrative during client conversations.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, set up conversion tracking, and contribute to the 90-day roadmaps. You will collaborate with US/Canada-based clients and ensure measurable ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US/Canada clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps with performance storytelling.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
