Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager who will own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and narrative in client conversations as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation and bidding, and ensure robust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, with campaigns you built and optimized.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across multiple clients and effective communication on live client calls.

Aufgaben

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and rely on conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
