Blacksmith Agency is a AI-first digital agency hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budget calls, roadmaps, and the narrative when the client asks why.

You will drive campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, owning the 90-day plan, conversion tracking, and long-term account growth. This role is fully remote with US/CA/SA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
