Qualifications

• Three or more years in call-center sales or related roles.
• Experience using automatic or predictive dialers.
• Strong ability to handle objections and persuade over the phone.
• Experience working toward call/transfer/appointment/sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Calm under pressure with skeptical owners.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce the rental-guarantee program and Royal York.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm number of properties and occupancy status.
• Handle objections regarding price, need, timing, trust, or tenants.
• Explain potential value of protecting monthly rental income.
• Guide qualified owners to speak with a Royal York sales rep.
• Complete warm and live transfers and record call notes.
• Adhere to scripts, rules, and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
