Job summary

Langford Staffing is seeking experienced Outbound Appointment Setters for a client running high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will contact company-provided leads through an automatic dialer, present the campaign, and qualify consumers for transfers or appointments.

The role emphasizes professional communication, adherence to scripts, and the ability to meet hourly targets while working remotely during U.S. Eastern Time hours. Prior dialer experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, telesales, lead generation, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Experience qualifying consumers before scheduling an appointment or completing a transfer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward transfer, appointment, conversion, or call targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to remain calm with difficult consumers.
• CRM and call-disposition habits.
• Willingness to receive coaching and apply feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Gain the consumer’s attention quickly.
• Deliver clear and professional call openings.
• Ask required qualification questions.
• Handle objections and initial rejection.
• Schedule callbacks or appointments when required.
• Record accurate notes, outcomes, and call dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification requirements, and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily performance targets.
