Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of appointment setting or related outbound sales experience.
• Experience using automatic or predictive dialers.
• Ability to qualify consumers before scheduling transfers.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
• Experience meeting transfer or appointment targets.
• Clear, professional spoken English.
• Calm under pressure with difficult customers.
• Accurate CRM and call-disposition habits.
• Willingness to receive coaching and apply feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours.
• Experience with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools or similar dialer preferred.

Responsibilities
