Placements24 is seeking a Remote Partnership Development Manager to build and nurture strategic alliances with corporations, foundations, and government agencies for a prominent non-profit. The role is fully remote, requiring a strategic thinker with a strong track record in partnerships and fundraising.

You will identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and lead collaboration efforts across internal teams, while traveling occasionally for events. Relevant nonprofit experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven track record in partnership/business development or strategic alliances.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Experience with CRM software and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, research, and cultivate potential strategic partners aligned with the organization's mission.
• Develop and implement strategies for building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate and draft partnership agreements with mutual benefit.
• Serve as primary contact for key partners and manage relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored partnership proposals.
• Monitor progress and impact of partnerships and report to senior management.
• Organize virtual meetings and collaborative sessions with partners.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities for alliances.
• Represent the organization at industry events (virtual and in-person).
• Contribute to strategic planning and development of the organization.
