Qualifications

• 7+ years in nonprofit fundraising and development.
• Strong major gifts and institutional giving experience.
• Proven success in developing fundraising strategies.
• Excellent remote communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading a development team.
• Proficiency with donor management software (Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) and virtual collaboration tools.
• Analytical and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities
