Placements24 partners with a prominent non-profit to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to lead remote operations. You will oversee administrative, logistical, and financial activities that support mission-critical programs and maximize impact.

The role requires strong operations, project coordination, and financial oversight, with the ability to foster a collaborative remote culture and drive policy development and process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus and encouraged for leadership roles.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in non-profit organizations.
• Experience managing budgets, financial planning and resource allocation.
• Strong HR knowledge and remote team management experience.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, project management and financial software.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a remote team.
• Experience developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency.
• Develop and refine operational policies and procedures.
• Manage the organization’s budget, forecasting, and expenditures.
• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and staff support remotely.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for services and supplies.
• Lead implementation of new systems and process improvements.
• Oversee facilities management and IT infrastructure for remote operations.
• Develop risk management strategies and contingencies.
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership on operational matters.
