Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or alliance management, preferably within the non-profit or global health sector.
• Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote interaction.
• Strong understanding of the non-profit ecosystem and global health challenges.
