Qualifications
- Proven experience in network infrastructure support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs.
- Ability to troubleshoot network hardware and OS.
- Experience with network monitoring tools.
- Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for network hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and resolve bottlenecks.
- Troubleshoot user-reported network issues from basic to complex routing.
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations.
- Collaborate on network upgrades, security enhancements, and projects.
