Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and availability using monitoring tools and escalate issues proactively.
• Respond to network alerts, perform initial troubleshooting, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Manage network configurations and perform software updates on devices to meet operational standards.
• Document network events, incidents, and procedures in the incident management system.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to implement changes and improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical network issues.
