About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Network Support Specialist to join their distributed IT team. Based from the comfort of your home, you will provide essential technical support for network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance for users across various locations. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving network issues, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for network hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Network Support Specialist or similar IT support role, with a focus on network infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and various routing protocols .
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting common network hardware and operating systems.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities.
