Qualifications

Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in mental health support or case management.
Demonstrated experience in remote client engagement and support coordination.
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital record-keeping systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule remote appointments for clients with mental health professionals.
Provide empathetic support and resource navigation to individuals experiencing mental health crises or challenges.
Assist clients in accessing community mental health services, support groups, and treatment programs online.
Maintain detailed and confidential client records within the designated digital system.
Liaise with families, caregivers, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive client care.
Monitor client progress and adherence to treatment plans, providing virtual follow-ups.
