Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field is required.
• 2+ years experience in mental health support, counseling, or case management.
• Excellent virtual communication, empathy and active listening skills.
• Proficiency with tele-health and electronic health records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual emotional support and crisis intervention via phone/video.
• Guide clients in understanding mental health needs and treatment options.
• Facilitate referrals to mental health professionals and support groups.
• Help clients develop personalized wellness plans and coping strategies.
• Maintain confidential electronic records of interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with a remote team of mental health professionals.
