Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant in North West (Mahikeng) for organizational design and change management. This fully remote role lets you help clients reshape structures, processes, and cultures to achieve strategic objectives from your home office.

The ideal candidate will diagnose organizational challenges, design solutions, and lead change initiatives with strong analytical and communication skills across diverse client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, HR or related field; master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years in management consulting, organizational development, or change management.
• Experience designing organizational structures and leading change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assess current structures, roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
• Design and implement optimal structures aligned with client strategies and goals.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans for transitions.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the change process.
• Identify resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop and deliver training programs to support new designs and ways of working.
• Evaluate effectiveness of changes and suggest adjustments.
• Collaborate with clients to foster continuous improvement and adaptability.
• Contribute to development of client methodologies in organizational design and change management.
