Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Management Consultant focused on Organizational Design to serve clients across South Africa, including Stellenbosch, Western Cape. This fully remote role leverages expertise in organizational development and change management to help organizations structure themselves for optimal performance, agility, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in organizational design, change management, or HR consulting.
• Proven ability to diagnose organizational issues and design effective structural and process solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern organizational theories, agile methodologies, and HR best practices.
• Excellent remote communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing organizational structures, identify areas for improvement, and design optimal organizational models.
• Develop strategies for change management, workforce planning, and talent deployment.
• Facilitate remote workshops and stakeholder consultations to gather insights and build consensus on organizational changes.
• Design and implement talent management frameworks, performance management systems, and reward structures.
• Advise clients on best practices for fostering agile work environments, collaboration, and employee engagement across distributed teams.
