Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Management Consultant specializing in Organizational Development. This fully remote role involves diagnosing organizational issues, designing interventions, and guiding leadership development across client projects.

You will work with senior leaders and HR to align structures, culture, and capabilities with strategic goals, enabling agile, resilient organizations. The position offers significant autonomy and remote-friendly collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development consulting or strategic HR roles.
• Proven experience in change management, talent management, and leadership development.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, culture, and effectiveness frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience designing and delivering training and development programs.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in relevant assessment and diagnostic tools.
• A passion for driving positive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational structures, capabilities, and culture to identify improvement areas.
• Design and implement talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning strategies.
• Develop and execute change management plans to support transitions.
• Facilitate leadership development programs and coaching initiatives.
• Advise on organizational design, team effectiveness, and employee engagement.
• Develop metrics to measure impact of organizational development initiatives.
• Diagnose organizational culture and recommend interventions for positive shifts.
• Collaborate with clients to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Support integration of new capabilities post-mergers or acquisitions.
• Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership in organizational development and change management.
