Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and implementing organizational structures and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assess current organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, and workflows.
• Design and recommend optimal organizational models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop strategies for talent management, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Lead change management initiatives to support the successful implementation of new organizational designs.
• Analyze organizational culture and develop interventions to foster a more productive environment.
