The ideal candidate will diagnose organizational challenges, design solutions, and lead change initiatives with strong analytical and communication skills across diverse client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, HR or related field; master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years in management consulting, organizational development, or change management.
• Experience designing organizational structures and leading change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assess current structures, roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
• Design and implement optimal structures aligned with client strategies and goals.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans for transitions.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the change process.
• Identify resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop and deliver training programs to support new designs and ways of working.
• Evaluate effectiveness of changes and suggest adjustments.
