Placements24 is seeking a remote Management Consultant with expertise in Change Management and Organizational Design to guide clients through periods of significant transformation. This remote-first role leverages digital platforms to collaborate with clients and internal teams, delivering strategic advice and practical solutions.

Formación

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of change management, organizational development, or management consulting experience.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale change initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of organizational design principles and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent virtual communication and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement change management strategies for client transformations.
• Conduct organizational assessments to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Design and facilitate communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
• Analyze current structures and design future-state models.
• Develop talent management strategies including role definitions and performance frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients to foster a positive change culture and address resistance.
• Utilize various change management methodologies and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
• Collaborate virtually with project teams, clients, and leadership to ensure alignment.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and actionable plans for change initiatives.
