BruntWork is seeking a Data Entry & Client Operations Specialist to manage luxury product data, images, and client communications. You will input and organize product master data, rename and structure image files, and ensure data integrity across many entries. This role is remote with UK time zone shifts and immediate hiring.

You will also support high-touch client interactions, coordinate deliveries, and assist with admin tasks while building a global personal-shopping network.

Responsabilités

• Research and extract product specifications from luxury brand sites.
• Input master product data and images into the AI platform.
• Organise and structure image files for consistent management.
• Cross-reference listings to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain accuracy across hundreds of product entries.
• Provide personalised communications to ultra-high-net-worth clients; assist with enquiries, orders and follow-ups.
• Support delivery and logistics coordination to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Conduct outreach to personal shoppers to build the database for the Personal Shopping Association.
• Assist team lead with admin tasks and refining platform workflows.
