BruntWork is seeking a remote Social Media Manager to oversee daily community engagement and publishing across brands, operating US Eastern Time hours. You will nurture brand voice, respond to audiences, engage creators, and monitor trends.

Responsibilities include content calendar upkeep, scheduling, posting, and influencer outreach. You’ll ensure accuracy, track outreach, and protect coordination of shipping information while maintaining daily coverage.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management or similar roles.
• Excellent written communication and ability to switch between engaging conversations, customer support, and creator outreach.
• Strong understanding of social media culture, platform etiquette, and audience engagement.
• Experience with scheduling, publishing, and community management tools and direct publishing.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for calendars, outreach trackers, and shipping info.
• Strong judgment, initiative, and problem-solving for audience interactions.
• Reliable communication and daily coverage during schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage daily community engagement across social channels during coverage hours.
• Respond promptly in brand voice, encouraging conversation and trust.
• Engage with customers, fans, creators, and communities beyond posts.
• Identify opportunities to participate in relevant conversations and trends.
• Share user-generated content with approvals and creator-credit guidelines.
• Escalate customer service issues when needed and follow through.
