Job summary

BruntWork seeks a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support our client's marketing efforts. The role involves writing, content creation, social media management, and website updates via Squarespace, plus general marketing operations.

This remote, part-time role offers 25 hours per week with EST alignment. Ideal candidates have excellent English writing, digital marketing experience, and Squarespace familiarity; architecture background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English skills for writing-intensive tasks.
• Familiarity with Squarespace and template-based sites.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Organized, dependable, and good at balancing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• RFP management: handle submissions through portals (1–2 per week).
• Create Instagram posts using provided direction and assets.
• Update Squarespace website quarterly with new assets and content.
• Support general marketing tasks and ongoing operations.
• Coordinate digital marketing initiatives with company goals.
