SmartPA is seeking an organised, data‑driven professional to join its Centre of Excellence. This remote role supports a global client base, delivering structured business support, data governance, and visual reporting. You’ll work with stakeholders across time zones, ensuring accurate, compliant, and visually engaging outputs.

The role combines administration, data operations, and multi‑disciplinary tasks to drive operational performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administration, operations, or service delivery.
• Experience with Excel/Sheets including data validation and pivots.
• Proficiency in one or more data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Demonstrated ability to build dashboards/reports with analytical clarity.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end delivery of business assignments in a small team.
• Prioritise workload across tasks and workstreams.
• Track progress against SLAs and KPIs using digital tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality standards.
• Use systems and digital tools to deliver work efficiently.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Manage lifecycle of complex research datasets ensuring integrity and compliance.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and knowledge bases.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Ensure reports align with brand guidelines and visuals.
• Develop standardized data processes and templates.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on progress and findings.
• Understand reporting needs and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support issue resolution and continuous improvement.
