You will lead planning, design, and implementation of water supply, wastewater, stormwater, and flood control systems, while mentoring engineers and ensuring technical excellence. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Civil/Water Resources, Pr.

Eng. with ECSA, 10+ years of leadership experience, and strong hydrological modelling skills (HEC-RAS, SWMM, InfoWorks).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in civil or water resources engineering.
• Pr.Eng. registration with ECSA.
• 10+ years in water resources engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven hydrological and hydraulic modelling expertise.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualisation, design and execution of water resource projects.
• Develop hydrological and hydraulic models for water systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies, EIAs and risk analyses.
• Prepare detailed designs, drawings, specs and contract docs.
• Manage schedules, budgets and resources; mentor team.
• Liaise with clients, regulators and stakeholders for approvals.
• Stay updated on water resource technologies and methods.
• Champion sustainable water management practices.
