Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Water Resources or Hydrology.
• Professional Engineer registration with ECSA is essential.
• Minimum 9 years' progressive experience in water resources.
• Strong remote communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in hydrological and hydraulic modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and implementation of water resources projects.
• Develop surface water and groundwater resources assessments.
• Design flood control, drainage, and water supply infrastructure.
• Perform detailed hydraulic analyses using advanced modeling software.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and proposals.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers within a remote team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and agencies virtually.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
