Placements24 is seeking a Lead Event Planner to design and execute engaging virtual and hybrid experiences for global Hospitality & Tourism clients. You will lead from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and standout attendee engagement.

The role requires 5+ years in event planning, strong remote project and budget management, mastery of major virtual platforms, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event planning, with focus on virtual or hybrid events.
• Proven success in managing complex projects and budgets in a remote setting.
• Expertise in various virtual event platforms and engagement tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of all virtual and hybrid event projects from conception to completion.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively for all online engagements.
• Source and manage relationships with virtual event platforms, technology providers, and vendors.
• Develop creative concepts and strategies to maximize attendee engagement and experience in a virtual setting.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of virtual events, including registration, scheduling, speaker management, and technical support.
• Conduct post-event analysis, gathering feedback and reporting on key performance indicators.
