Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Event Coordinator to plan and execute a portfolio of online and hybrid events from anywhere. You will manage virtual platforms, coordinate timelines and budgets, and collaborate with marketing to maximize attendee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and hybrid events (webinars, workshops, conferences).
• Source and manage relationships with platforms, AV providers, and external suppliers.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and project plans and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing/communications on promotion, registration, and engagement.
• Provide on-site (virtual) support during events and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct post-event analysis and prepare reports on success and improvement areas.
