Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 十+ years of experience in mechanical design and development, with at least 3 years in leadership or project management.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and remote collaboration skills.
• Expertise in advanced engineering principles, simulation techniques, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and technical requirements for special initiatives in Mechanical Engineering.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of engineers and manage a high‑performance culture.
• Oversee conceptualization, design, simulation, validation of mechanical systems and products.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and implement testing protocols and QA procedures for new technologies.
• Present progress, findings and recommendations to senior management via virtual channels.
