This role demands exceptional technical leadership, end-to-end project management, and the ability to mentor remote engineers while delivering robust, high-performance mechanical solutions that meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience with leadership exposure.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAE software (SolidWorks, ANSYS) and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex mechanical systems.
• Mentor remote mechanical engineers and guide design teams.
• Oversee product development lifecycle including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Conduct advanced engineering analyses and simulations to validate designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, manufacturing) across remote locations.
• Promote best practices in mechanical design, QA, and documentation in a virtual setting.
