Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management within mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience managing complex engineering projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent remote leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize mechanical engineering projects remotely and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with remote stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resources.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports and outcomes to leadership.
