The role demands a master's degree, 10+ years of leadership in mechanical engineering, and proven success in product development, CAD/CAE, and simulations, with exceptional communication for remote teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development lifecycle of complex mechanical systems and products.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to a team of mechanical engineers working remotely.
• Define engineering standards, best practices, and technical roadmaps for the mechanical team.
• Collaborate extensively with stakeholders across different departments via virtual communication platforms.
• Oversee complex simulations and analyses to ensure designs meet performance and safety requirements.
