Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years in mechanical design and project leadership.
- Expertise in CAD/FEA tools (SolidWorks Premium, Inventor, CATIA).
- Experience leading remote engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical design for new products from concept to production release.
- Develop and implement advanced mechanical designs using CAD and analysis tools.
- Test and validate prototypes to ensure performance, reliability and safety.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resources for successful delivery.
- Foster technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide expert technical consultation for complex mechanical challenges.
