Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading design teams.
• Expertise in advanced mechanical design principles, analysis techniques, and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials science, and system integration.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex engineering projects and budgets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for remote leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of mechanical engineers on complex projects.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of mechanical designs, from conceptualization to final implementation.
