Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Learning and Development with proven program design/management.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning development tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic L&D framework aligned with organizational goals.
• Design, develop, and implement innovative learning programs, including e-learning, workshops, and blended solutions.
• Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Manage the L&D budget effectively and oversee vendor relationships.
