Placements24 is seeking a remote Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training for a global team. You will create engaging e-learning, run live sessions, and manage the LMS to track progress.

You will apply adult learning principles, collaborate with subject matter experts, and stay abreast of remote-learning trends to build leadership capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, ID or related field.
• Master's degree or CPTD/ATD certs are a plus.
• 4-6 years in learning and development, with remote training focus.
• Experience in needs assessment, curriculum development, e-learning production.
• Familiarity with LMS and virtual classroom platforms (Zoom, Teams).
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a remote team.
• Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities across the organization.
• Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs and materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, webinars, and job aids.
• Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create high-quality learning experiences.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions and workshops, ensuring active participation and knowledge retention.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to host content, track learner progress, and generate reports.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through various assessment methods and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
• Stay current with learning and development trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in remote and virtual learning environments.
• Support the development and implementation of leadership development programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth throughout the organization.
