Requirements

• A Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a proven track record in designing and managing L&D programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
• Experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Experience in the retail sector is an advantage.
